These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Casaro mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Casaro uses artificial intelligence to generate interior design visualizations from photos you provide, including room redesigns, localized edits, and 3D isometric miniature renders. The App also provides tools to organize designs into projects.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions

• Casaro offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and monthly) that grant a credit allowance each billing period and access to premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase. If prices change, changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Credits

Casaro features are consumed using credits ("⟡"):

• Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and RESET to your plan's allowance at each renewal. Unused subscription credits do not carry over.
• Purchased credits (one-time credit packs) never expire and never reset; they remain in your wallet until spent.
• Credits are spent when you start a generation (redesign, edit, or 3D view). If a generation fails or is cancelled, the credits for that task are automatically returned to your wallet.
• Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable except where required by applicable law. Credit purchases are consumable in-app purchases and are not restored by Apple's "Restore Purchases" mechanism.
• Credit balances are stored on your device. Deleting the App may result in loss of unspent credits.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit costs of features, allowance amounts, and pack contents prospectively; changes will not reduce credits already in your wallet.
