This Privacy Policy explains how Casaro ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using Casaro, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Process

Photos You Provide

Casaro's core feature transforms photos of your rooms into new interior designs. When you select or capture a photo:

• Your photo is transmitted securely to our AI processing provider (Google's Vertex AI, via Firebase) solely to generate your design, 3D view, or edit.
• Photos are processed transiently for generation and are not used by us to build a database of user images, and are not used to train our own models.
• Your original photos, generated designs, projects and notes are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts and do not store your images on our own servers.
• Deleting a design or project in the App permanently removes its images from your device.

Google's processing of submitted content is governed by Google Cloud's terms and privacy commitments.

Purchase Information

Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. We receive transaction information (product purchased, purchase date, subscription status, anonymized identifiers) — never your payment card details, which are handled entirely by Apple.

Usage Analytics

We use Mixpanel and Firebase to understand how the App is used — for example, which features are opened, whether a generation succeeded, and anonymized purchase events. This data is tied to anonymized identifiers, not your name or contact details, and helps us fix problems and improve the App.

Device & Diagnostic Data

We use Firebase App Check to verify that requests to our AI services come from genuine, unmodified copies of Casaro. This involves device attestation (App Attest / DeviceCheck) and does not identify you personally. Standard diagnostic data (crash logs, device model, OS version, app version, language) may also be collected.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require an account, name, email, or phone number to use the App.
• We do not collect your precise location.
• We do not access your photo library beyond the photos you explicitly select.
